Paweł has over 5 years of experience in providing businesses with legal advice on merger and acquisition transactions and capital markets, and as part of ongoing corporate services.
He supports clients at all stages of the merger and acquisition transaction, from due diligence, to preparing and negotiating transaction documents, to post-transaction activities.
Paweł also works in corporate law, including drafting contracts and legal opinions, preparing corporate documents, and providing legal support for shareholders’ meetings and general meetings.
Attorney admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Capital market law and economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. He is also a graduate of the American Law School at the Jagiellonian University.
Before joining MFW Fiałek, he worked with leading law firms in Poland.
