Are you a 4th or 5th year student at a public university? Do you speak English fluently? Do you want to spread your wings in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets? This is the perfect position for you! We offer a paid internship programme lasting 3 months.
Even the youngest attorneys at our firm are full members of the team and have the opportunity to learn about the entire process, not just their own responsibilities. This gives them the opportunity to learn quickly and develop practical skills.
Outstanding participants in our internship programme may be offered permanent positions at our firm.
In this position, you will participate in projects and support the team by preparing correspondence and conducting research, among other responsibilities.
In this position, you will have greater responsibility for both the projects themselves and the younger employees involved.
In this position, you will be responsible for independently managing projects and the team you’re working with.
In this position, you will independently conduct projects and maintain relationships with the firm’s clients. You will also be responsible for certain aspects of business development.
