proceeding with the establishment of the Family Foundation before the registration court;
drafting the documents concerning the transfer of the title to the shares or other assets to the Family Foundation and its completion;
drafting the additional transaction documents taking into account the specific nature of the sale/purchase of the shares by the Family Foundation (if the scope of our services includes transactional advice).

Once the Family Foundation is established, we also offer support as regards its operation, providing comprehensive legal services.
