Maciej specialises in corporate and transactional advisory services to Polish and foreign entrepreneurs.
He has experience within private market transaction processes such as M&A, PE, and VC, advising on asset deal, and share deal transactions on both the buyers‘ and sellers’ side, at all stages of the transaction process – from conducting legal due diligence, preparing transaction documentation to finalising the transaction and fulfilling post-closing obligations.
Maciej also provides comprehensive legal services to corporate clients, in the area of business and corporate law, including, among others: advice on the processes of incorporation, liquidation and various reorganisations of commercial law companies, establishment and implementation of corporate governance, as well as supporting companies’ bodies on many areas, e.g. in organizing general meetings. He also supports clients during the negotiation of business contracts that are key to their operations.
Maciej is an attorney at the Warsaw Bar Association. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
Prior to joining the MFW Fiałek team he worked with reputable Warsaw law firms.
