Rafał has over 20 years of experience providing transaction advisory services for merger and acquisition projects, transactions based on joint venture structures, and real estate transactions. He has advised Polish and international investors in the manufacturing, construction, transport, automotive, and payment services sectors – as well as Polish state-owned companies – on implementing investment projects.
Rafał has advised clients on share and asset deals as well as joint ventures. In addition, Rafał has represented clients in concentration proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and has supervised due diligence analyses of business and real estate entities.
Rafał also has experience in providing day-to-day corporate services to companies, including for establishment, transformation, and liquidation processes and preparing internal documents.
He is the author of various publications on real estate law.
Rafał is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys at Law. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London and a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University.
Before joining MFW Fiałek, he worked with well-known law firms in Poland and the UK.
