Michał has many years of experience in capital market law and providing comprehensive advisory services to investment industry entities.
He also has extensive experience in providing day-to-day corporate services to companies, including advising public companies and entities supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
In his work to date he has advised entities operating in various areas of economy, including gaming, finance, fintech and renewable energy sources. He has repeatedly participated in projects involving carrying out public offerings and drawing up the offering documentation, and has represented issuers before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. He took part in concentration proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
He is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics.
Prior to joining MFW Fiałek’s team, he worked at, among others, one of Poland’s leading law firms specialising in comprehensive advice to entities in the financial industry and advising private clients.
