Krzysztof specialises in M&A transactions and advises clients from various business sectors on domestic and international M&A transactions. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, often covering multiple jurisdictions. In his practice, he has been involved in coordinating numerous due diligence reviews.
He specialises in drafting share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, as well as other transactional civil-law agreements. He advises strategic and financial investors, offering comprehensive support at every stage of a transaction.
In addition, he handles intra-group reorganisations. As part of these processes, he also assists with proceedings before the registry courts (National Court Register), ensuring compliance with all formal requirements.
Krzysztof is an attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
