Cezary has several years of experience in corporate law, business law and providing legal services to Polish and foreign entities in such industries as technology, medicine, waste, transportation, renewable energy or aviation, as well as in providing transactional advice in the area of mergers and acquisitions.
In his practice, he has advised clients on share deals and asset deals. In addition, he has repeatedly taken part in the preparing of due diligence, transactional documentation and post-transactional activities.
Cezary also has experience in day-to-day corporate services for companies, including their incorporation, restructuring processes (mergers, divisions, conversions), liquidation, and preparation of internal and registration documents.
He is an attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and he also holds a diploma of the Center for American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with Georgia State University College of Law and Emory University School of Law.
Prior to joining the MFW Fiałek, he worked with renowned Polish law firms and an international law firm.
