MFW Fiałek advised Futuro Pacifico on the acquisition of a majority stake in Dermatic sp. z o.o. and Venome sp. z o.o., companies operating in the distribution of aesthetic medicine products.
Scope of work
The firm’s services included conducting due diligence, preparing and negotiating the transaction documentation (SPA and SHA), preparing the application and representing the client in the merger control proceedings, and negotiating legal and commercial terms with the remaining shareholder.
