Andrzej has many years of experience in the areas of competition and consumer protection, regulatory matters, and business law. He specializes in proceedings related to merger control, regulatory compliance — including foreign investment screening — and business advisory services. In his practice, Andrzej has provided legal advisory services to Polish and foreign clients regarding various regulatory aspects of their business operations in Poland.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin and the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (doctoral studies). Member of the Competition Law Association.
Before joining the MFW Fiałek law firm, he worked with a leading law firm in Poland.
