Paulina has experience in corporate and transactional advisory services.
She has been involved in conducting M&A transactions including share deal, asset deal and joint venture. She participated and coordinated the legal part of due diligence. She also has experience in providing ongoing corporate services to Polish and foreign entities, with particular reference to reorganization processes and changes in capital structure.
Paulina is an attorney-at-law trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw with majors in law and local government and regional policy.
Before joining the MFW Fiałek team she gained experience in Warsaw law firms and collaborated with one of the largest law firms in the world.
