Mateusz specializes in legal advisory in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He works with both strategic and financial investors, taking an active role at every stage of the transaction process – from legal due diligence, through the negotiation of transaction documents, to closing and post-transaction matters.
In addition to transactional work, Mateusz advises on corporate restructuring projects, including intra-group reorganizations involving mergers, demergers, and company transformations.
He is also experienced in ongoing corporate matters and in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements related to the day-to-day operations of companies and entrepreneurs.
Mateusz is an attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin.
Prior to joining the MFW Fiałek team, he worked with leading law firms in Poland.
