Junior Associate Agata Mulawa

Agata has experience in corporate advisory, particularly in the area of mergers and acquisitions.

She has participated in the preparation of transaction documentation, including drafts of agreements and reports, supported teams in legal due diligence analyses of business entities, covering among others the verification of corporate structure, contractual obligations and regulatory aspects, and has been involved in the ongoing corporate support of companies.

Agata is a trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law and a graduate of law and undergraduate economic studies at Kozminski University in Warsaw. She also studied at the University of Lisbon under the Erasmus+ exchange programme.
