MFW Fiałek advised Avallon MBO on the acquisition of a majority stake in Inglot sp. z o.o. one of Poland’s most recognizable brands, specializing in the production and distribution of cosmetics.
Scope of advisory services
Our scope of work included:
- negotiation of the term sheet,
- conducting legal due diligence,
- drafting and negotiating the transaction documentation (SPA and SHA) and
- conducting proceedings before the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
The completion of the transaction is subject to obtaining clearance from the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) for the concentration.
