Marcin specializes in legal advice in M&A transactions. His experience focuses on preparation of transaction documentation, as well as conducting and coordinating due diligence analysis.
In his practice, he has been particularly involved in the preparation of civil contracts within M&A transactions, including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and investment agreements.
Additionally, his experience includes advisory and corporate services for business entities, including companies and family foundations.
Marcin is an attorney admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
Prior to joining MFW Fiałek’s team, he gained experience in reputable polish law firms.
