The law firm’s advisory services included carrying out the due diligence review, drafting and negotiating and conclusion of transaction documentation, including the preliminary share purchase agreement (SPA) and shareholders’ agreement (SHA).
The law firm’s services also included comprehensive legal advice on obtaining financing, including the preparation and negotiation of loan documentation.
