Wojciech Lichterowicz

Associate

Wojciech has several years of experience in corporate and business law, in providing legal services to entities in the technology industry, and in providing transaction advice on field of mergers and acquisitions and venture capital agreements.

He has advised clients on share and asset deal transactions with capital companies. In addition, he has participated in numerous due diligence processes.

Wojciech also has experience in providing day-to-day corporate services to companies, including for establishment, transformation, and liquidation processes and preparing internal and registration documents.

He is a trainee member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw. Wojciech received a scholarship from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands and holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also holds a diploma in British and European law from the British Law Centre at the University of Warsaw, a collaborative project with the University of Cambridge.

Before joining MFW Fiałek, he worked with leading law firms in Poland.
