Mariusz has 15 years of experience in providing legal advice to entrepreneurs. He specializes in company law, M&A transactions, and restructuring. He advises clients at all stages of M&A transactions, conducts and supervises due diligence reviews, advises on transaction structuring, as well as drafts and negotiates transaction documentation.

In addition to transactional advice, Mariusz also supports clients in corporate restructuring processes, including intragroup restructurings involving mergers, demergers and company transformations.

He has extensive experience in advising on corporate governance, drafting and negotiating investment agreements and shareholders agreements.

Mariusz has advised private equity funds and corporate clients operating in various sectors of the economy. He has also worked on trade finance and real estate finance transactions.

In his practice, Mariusz has provided legal advice to Polish and foreign clients on various aspects of their operations in Poland, including setting up a business in Poland and ongoing corporate services. He also has extensive experience in corporate dispute resolution.

Mariusz is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

Prior to joining MFW Fiałek, he worked with leading law firms in Poland.
