MFW Fiałek advised the Lindström Group on the legal reorganisation of its Polish subsidiaries, involving the merger by acquisition of HTS RENTAL sp. z o.o. (the target company) by Lindström sp. z o.o. (the acquiring company).

The scope of our advice included among other things, preparing the merger plan, guiding the merging companies through each stage of the process, as well as providing support in related procedures.
