MFW Fiałek advised an entity from the Play Group on the acquisition of 100% shares in the Syrion sp. z o.o., Syrion operates on the basis of a 3,000 km fibre-optic network with coverage of over 86,000 households in more than 80 towns and cities in the Silesian, Opolskie and Lublin voivodeships. It offers Internet access, telecommunications services and digital television to individual and business customers, as well as in a wholesale model.
