Mateusz Więckowski

Mateusz has earned his professional experience advising on mergers and acquisitions in private equity and venture capital sectors.

He supports clients in due diligence exercises and in drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, both in share deals and asset deals. He provides ongoing advice on company law and corporate governance. He also advises on sports law.

Attorney admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University and competed the Post-Graduate Studies on Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions at the Warsaw School of Economics.

A member of the Supervisory Board of Arka Gdynia S.A., a Polish football club. A member of the Social Dialogue Committee at the Polish Football Association. Prior to joining MFW Fiałek he cooperated with a law firm being an active player in the field of mergers and acquisitions.
