Mateusz has experience in providing transactional advice on mergers and acquisitions of enterprises and debt financing in the non-public market (bonds, bank loans) to both sides of the transactions, including transactions involving closed-end investment funds.
Mateusz also has experience in ongoing corporate support to companies at every stage of their lifecycle (incorporation, reorganisation and liquidation processes) and drafting the corporate and registration documents.
Trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Warsaw. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia and postgraduate studies in Quantitative Methods in Financial Market Analysis at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Before joining MFW Fiałek’s team Mateusz worked for a renowned Polish law firm and a leading non-bank investment fund management company.
