Scope of work
The scope of our work included comprehensive legal advice in connection with the preparation and negotiation of the investment documentation required for the venture capital transaction, including the investment agreement, the company’s corporate documentation and the schedules governing the key terms of the transaction, such as the investment timetable, representations and warranties, and investor protection mechanisms.
