Kacper has four years of experience in transactional advisory and day-to-day services for private and public companies, including but not limited to cross-border business activities.
During his career, he has been engaged in drafting transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ and investment agreements, and corporate documents of companies. He has also participated in due diligence audits and coordinated the teams’ work in this scope. Additionally, he has been involved in negotiations and meetings with clients.
Kacper also has experience in academic work and teaching.
He is an assistant in the Department of Commercial Law at the Catholic University of Lublin and a PhD student at this university.
Prior to joining the MFW Fiałek team, he had worked in recognizable law firms in Poland.
