Matylda Frańczak is a fourth-year student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Currently, she is actively involved in the Student Government and the Faculty Council of the University of Warsaw. In addition, she is a student of the Law Clinic of the University of Warsaw, specialising in international judiciary.
Matylda has a strong interest in business law, labour law, mediation and arbitration, as well as international law.
In her new role, Matylda supports the firm’s M&A team, including preparing due diligence analyses of business entities, handling M&A transactions and providing day-to-day corporate services to companies.
