Martyna specializes in M&A transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate law, with a particular focus on providing ongoing corporate advisory services. She supports clients throughout the entire M&A process, from conducting due diligence investigations, through drafting transaction documentation, to providing comprehensive post-closing assistance.
Her experience includes advising on acquisitions of businesses operating in the FMCG, healthcare, waste management, and fine dining sectors. She has represented founders and shareholders, private companies, strategic investors, and financial investors in complex transactional matters.
Martyna is an advocate admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Commercial Law from Leon Kozminski University in Warsaw. Prior to joining MFW Fiałek, she cooperated with well-regarded law firms in Poland.
