Maximilian has experience in advising on commercial law, contract law and real estate law.
He has been involved in preparation of transaction documentation, legal opinions and due diligence reports, as well as ongoing corporate support, particularly in the areas of transformations and mergers and acquisitions.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. During the Erasmus+ student exchange program, he studied at the University of Antwerp, where he completed a module in commercial transaction law.
Prior to joining MFW Fiałek, Maksymilian gained experience in Poznań law firms, international organizations, and by working with an international law firm specializing in commercial law as part of its commercial real estate law team.
