Franciszek has experience in advising on business and corporate law, particularly in the area of restructuring processes.
He has been involved in preparing the due diligence reviews of business entities. He also has experience in providing ongoing corporate support, in particular in company incorporation and transformations, as well as in drafting internal and registration documents.
Trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration with a major in law and the Faculty of Political Sciences and Journalism with a major in international relations (specialisation in global economics and international business) at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is also a graduate of the British Law School at the British Law Centre at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge.
Before joining the MFW Fiałek team Franciszek gained experience in law firms in Poznań and collaborated with a leading law firm in Poland specialising in comprehensive corporate services.
