Bartosz has many years of experience in advising on corporate law, civil law, commercial law, and compliance.
He provides advice, among other areas, on corporate restructuring, corporate governance, due diligence analysis, negotiating transactional documents, and implementing and maintaining Compliance systems.
He is a legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and the American Law School at the University of Warsaw. He completed postgraduate studies in European Law at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich.
Before joining the MFW Fiałek Law Firm, he was the legal director of the Agora Capital Group and collaborated with leading Polish law firms.
