Kasia is responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly at MFW Fiałek.
She manages the administration team and coordinates its work. Kasia is responsible for IT, HR, and finance. She also takes an active part in carrying out our strategy and is responsible for issues related to implementing new systems supporting our work. She makes sure all processes are executed smoothly.
Kasia has many years of professional experience, including with leading Polish law firms and international consulting companies.
She is graduate of the Faculty of Law at Lazarski University in Warsaw. Kasia wrote her master’s thesis on contract killings by organised crime groups. She also completed post-graduate studies in Human Resource Management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
