Dawid has more than five years of experience in providing legal advice to businesses on EU law, with a particular focus on EU competition law, merger control before the European Commission and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and foreign direct investment (FDI).
He supports clients in antitrust proceedings, European law and legal due diligence, preparation of transaction documents, and post-merger activities. Dawid also deals with corporate law, including the preparation of contracts and legal opinions and the drafting of corporate documents.
He is an attorney at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He graduated from the University of London (LL.B.) in English common law, Universiteit van Amsterdam (LL.M.) in EU competition law and regulated markets and from the Faculty of Law of the Jagiellonian University. Prior to joining MFW Fiałek, Dawid worked at international law firms, the European Commission, the European Medicines Agency, and the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the European Union.
