MFW Fiałek advised the shareholders of Premium Brands Spirits sp. z o.o., CBMAX Spirits sp. z o.o. and Premium Brands sp. z o.o. in concluding preliminary share purchase agreement regarding the sale of 80% of shares to an external investor – United Beverages. The closing of the transaction is conditional on, among others, the clearance of the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection for the concentration.
