We are pleased to announce that Mateusz Trzewik has joined our team in June as a Associate, strengthening our M&A practice.
Mateusz has extensive experience providing transactional advice for mergers and acquisitions of businesses. He is well-versed in debt financing in the non-public market, including bonds and bank loans, and he has worked with both buyers and sellers in these transactions. His expertise also extends to closed-end investment funds.
Additionally, Mateusz is skilled in providing ongoing corporate support throughout all stages of a company’s lifecycle, from incorporation to reorganization and liquidation processes. He excels in drafting essential corporate and registration documents.
He is a trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Warsaw. Mateusz graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia and postgraduate studies in Quantitative Methods in Financial Market Analysis at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Before joining MFW Fiałek’s team Mateusz worked for a renowned Polish law firm and a leading non-bank investment fund management company.
