We are delighted to share the news that we have welcomed Mariusz Domagała as a new Senior Associate to our team in May, further fortifying our M&A practice.
Mariusz is an attorney-at-law and has 15 years of experience in providing legal advice to entrepreneurs. He specializes in commercial company law, M&A transactions, and restructuring. He advises clients at all stages of M&A transactions, conducts and supervises due diligence, advises on transaction structuring, and prepares and negotiates transaction documentation.
In addition to transactional advice, Mariusz also supports clients in corporate restructuring processes, including intragroup restructurings involving mergers, divisions, and company transformations.
He has extensive experience in advising on corporate governance in companies, drafting and negotiating investment and shareholders agreements.
Mariusz has advised private equity funds and corporate clients operating in various sectors of the economy. He has also worked on trade finance and real estate finance transactions.
