Our advisory services included preparing documentation and comprehensive management of the reverse merger project, under which Profi S.A. acquired the special purpose vehicle of the Custodia Capital investment fund, as well as preparing documentation and coordinating the conversion of ordinary bonds into newly issued convertible bonds.
