Kamila has experience in corporate advisory, particularly in the area of mergers and acquisitions.
She has participated in the preparation of transaction documentation, including drafts of agreements and reports. She has also supported teams in legal due diligence analyses of business entities, covering, among others, the assessment of corporate structure, contractual relationships, and compliance with applicable regulations. In addition, she has been involved in the ongoing corporate support of companies.
Kamila is a trainee advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She also holds a diploma in British law from the British Law Centre at the University of Warsaw, a collaborative project with the University of Cambridge. She also studied in Naples under the Erasmus+ exchange programme. She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Commercial Law at Leon Kozminski University in Warsaw.
Prior to joining MFW Fiałek, she gained experience at international law firms.
