Aleksandra specializes in M&A transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate law, with a particular focus on providing ongoing corporate advisory services. She supports clients throughout the entire M&A process, from conducting due diligence investigations, through drafting transaction documentation, to providing comprehensive post-closing assistance.
Her experience includes drafting and reviewing transaction documentation and participating in negotiations. She has prepared due diligence reports for share deals and project finance transactions. She works closely with financial advisors and client representatives to identify and mitigate transaction-related risks. She has gained most of her experience in the energy sector.
Aleksandra is a trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Energy Markets at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Prior to joining MFW Fiałek, she cooperated with well-regarded international law firms.
