MFW Fiałek advised QRmaint on the sale of 100% of its shares to Velis RET sp. z o.o., a member of the SINGU Group, a provider of SaaS solutions for the manufacturing sector, specialising in CMMS systems and machine fleet management.
Scope of work
Our work included drafting and negotiating the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) and the related transaction documentation.
