Maksymilian has earned a few years of experience in company law, business law and providing legal services to companies as well as providing transactional advice in the area of mergers and acquisitions, including, in particular, preparing the due diligence reports.
He has participated in transactions involving foreign investment funds, conducting negotiations and preparing PSPAs/SPAs.
Maksymilian has also gained experience in day-to-day corporate services for companies, including their incorporation, transformation and preparation of their internal and registration documents.
Attorney admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association. Graduate of Law and Finance and Accounting at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
Prior to joining MFW Fiałek’s team, he worked with an international consulting firm and leading law firms in Poland.
